Welcome to FlashOh. We specialize in creating personalized and custom portraits based on customers’ photographs, design choices, and individual requirements.
As each portrait is customized specifically for the customer, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
2. No Refund Policy
All custom portrait orders are made according to the customer’s selected photographs, design, and personalization requirements.
We do not offer refunds or returns on custom-made portraits, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Change of mind after placing an order.
- Incorrect photographs or personalization details submitted by the customer.
- Dissatisfaction arising from personal preferences when the order has been produced according to the approved requirements.
- Orders that have already been customized, printed, or dispatched.
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers should carefully review their order details before confirming a purchase.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.
- Once work on a custom portrait has started, the order cannot generally be cancelled.
- Orders that have already been printed, prepared for dispatch, or shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Any cancellation request will be reviewed according to the order’s progress and applicable law.
4. Customization and Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for providing clear photographs and accurate personalization details, including names, text, design choices, and other requested information.
Where a preview or design approval is provided, customers should review it carefully before approving production.
Differences in colors, cropping, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, and the nature of the selected design.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Although custom portraits are prepared with care, if you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order, please contact us promptly.
Please provide your order details and clear photographs or videos showing the issue so that we can assess the matter.
Where appropriate, we will work toward a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, correction, or refund where required by applicable law.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production requirements, courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information when placing an order. Additional costs may apply if a shipment must be resent because incorrect information was provided, subject to applicable law.
